We can’t wait to spend five Thursdays in October at Founders Park for Acoustic Autumn, downtown’s free fall concert series featuring local singers and songwriters. It’s one of the coziest ways to spend a Thursday night in the heart of downtown.

2025 LINEUP

October 2 | Thomas Cassell
Widely recognized as one of the top young mandolin players in bluegrass, Thomas Cassell (National Mandolin Champion, IBMA Momentum Instrumentalist of the Year) kicks off Acoustic Autumn in true bluegrass style alongside guitarist Nick Weitzenfeld.

October 9 | Madi Foster
ETSU Night! Wear your blue and gold, snap a photo with Bucky the Mascot, and celebrate ETSU pride in the heart of Downtown JC.
About Madi Foster: One of the community’s most requested artists for the concert series, Johnson City singer-songwriter Madi Foster is known for her heartfelt originals and crowd-favorite covers. A familiar face at downtown events, she brings an authentic, soulful energy that makes every set special.

October 16 | Dan Trull
Singer-songwriter Dan Trull brings a genre-blending set that’s guaranteed to keep the crowd engaged. With roots in the Chicagoland music scene and years of touring with his alternative band 10 Daze Late, Dan now performs a mix of originals and covers pulled from a library of over 700 songs. From 50’s classics to today’s hits, Dan puts his own unique spin on every song and makes sure the audience has a great time along the way.

October 23 | Trevin Sluss
Johnson City’s own Trevin Sluss is a full-time musician whose sound blends folk, alternative, and grunge. Known for heartfelt originals and powerful covers, Trevin brings raw energy and authenticity to the stage. He’s currently working on his debut album and is excited to share what he’s been creating with his hometown community.

October 30 | Seth Thomas
A local favorite and one of the region’s most recognizable voices, Seth Thomas is a singer-songwriter with deep roots in the Johnson City music scene. Previously named Tennessee Songwriter of the Year, Seth’s heartfelt originals and soulful performances have made him a staple on stages across the area.
